Malcolm MacCormick was born 03/07/1805 and christened on 12/07/1805.
Malcolm married Janet ( Jessie ) Campbell on 31/12/1828 (OPR). They had eight children that I am aware of - seven found in OPRs and one in the 1841 Census.
When their eldest daughter Ann 1830 married John Clark, in Archiavaig, on 13/06/1856 both Malcolm and Janet were not listed as deceased. However, in the 1851 Census Malcolm is listed as a Widower. So far, I have been unable to find a death record for either Malcolm or Jannet. Janet must have died between 1841 and 1851.
At the time of the 1841 Census, Malcolm and his family appeared to be living in the same house as Angus c.1806, his wife Marrion (Sarah) McEachern and their son Donald. Also living at the same residence was Flora McEachern - Marrion's older sister.
The fact that Angus c.1806 and Malcolm b.1805 were living in the same house, may indicate that they were related ie. brothers or cousins, but so far no proof.

Found Malcolm in the Canadian 1881Census aged 84 living in Harrison, Manitoba. Living with his daughter Ann Clark and husband John Clark together with their children John, Malcolm, Jessie, Sarah and Mary Ann.
Also found living next door were Malcolm's son John, his wife Catherine, and their son Malcolm.
Have now found a death record for Malcolm b.1805. He died on 28/08/1885 in Harrison, Manitoba, Canada.
