Dugald MacCormick was the second son of Angus MacCormick b.ca.1806 and Ann Beaton. He was christened on 20/08/1833 (OPR).

Dugald married Sarah McLaughlin. They are both buried in the Priceville Pioneer Cemetery ( S.Z.+ I.K. via C.M.).
