Donald MacCormick was the first son of Duncan MacCormick b.1813, and Catherine Campbell.
Donald was married twice, 1st. to Annie Morrison and 2nd. to Margaret M. Stewart.
Donald was living at 5 Paul Street, Glasgow, and working as an invoice clerk, when his first son Duncan was born in 1871.
Living in Hutchensontown, Glasgow, and working as a distillery store keeper when his third son Donald Campbell MacCormick was born in 1876.
1881 - @ Lee Hill with his parents and his first 4 children.
Donald died on 27/09/1904 from apoplexy, while being conveyed in a cart from Fionnphort to Creich, Aridglas.
When he died he was a quarryman and 63 years old, registered as a pauper and married.
