Donald Murdoch MacCormick was born on 3/06/1835, the fifth son of John MacCormick 1784, and Mary MacDonald.
Donald was a school master and was married to Christina McDonald.
After they married they lived for a time in Acharchale, where all the children were born and presumably, Donald was the school master.
He died in Pennyghael on 7/04/1895 at the age of 59yrs of lung disease.
