Angus MacCormick was the first son of Donald MacCormick b.ca. 1781, and Ann Beaton (OPR + SDR).
Angus was christened at Uisken, Isle of Mull, on 22/12/1806 ( OPR ). He later moved to Creich where he was a tenant crofter.
Angus married Marion ( Sarah ) McEachern - date unknown. I have not found an OPR record of their marriage so far, but Marion's SDR 12/05/1869, states that she was married to Angus McCormick, Tenant, Creich.
Angus and Marion had one son that I know of . He was Donald born on 20/07/1834 ( OPR ).
Angus died on 06/12/1871 ( SDR ), and his SDR states that he was the widower of Marion McCormick. It also confirms that his parents were Donald McCormick and Ann Beaton, both deceased.
Both Angus's and Marion's death records were signed by their son Donald.
( I originally made the link between this Angus 1806, and Donald 1834, because of the 1891 census. It lists Donald 1861 as Head. Living with him are his mother Ann, brother Alexander, sisters Marrion and Mary and his grand aunt Mary, who is unmarried, aged 70yrs ie. Mary c.1819.)
